I observed 3 monarchs in the City of Harrisville flying low heading southwest at 12:45 PM, and 1 monarch flying south very high over the entrance building at Harrisville State Park at 1:45 PM. Weather was 100% sunny, temperature 72-74F., and the wind SW-8 mph.
