Ive seen many on and off all day flying south through my yard. They stop and nectar and seem to be heading to the south, the most I counted at one time was 7 on a pot of lantana, so I'm not sure if they're the same ones or part of a large group that's been moving through today. I took several pictures and could never get more than two together at a time but the color of this one against the blue aster was stunning!
