My last three chrysalis opened yesterday. We released them in the afternoon. I hope they head south quickly as the high has only been in the low 60's and the low in the upper 40's. It was a banner year. We raised and released 10 monarchs this year from eggs and caterpillars found on a weedy vine in my flower beds.
