I observed a monarch sipping from a dandelion flower in the City of Harrisville at 1:05 PM. I then saw a monarch flying SW in my back yard at 3:10 PM followed by another monarch flying south at 3:20 PM. Weather was cloudy, temperature 61-64F., and the wind SW-11 mph.
