At 6:50pm was looking for possible roosting monarchs and found 2, but also found 4 late-day arrivals sipping nectar on Mexican Sage on the east side of the garden. When I arrived, there was only one, which flew off looking for a roost (counted that as a rooster). Then the 4 showed up later.
