At 11 a:m painted ladies started to arrive in our gardens, one after the other until there were 8, all on butterfly bushes. At
1 p:m 2 female monarchs were sighted also on butterfly bushes. One was very bright and the other a bit faded. One was still there at 2:30 p:m when the rain was about to start. Monarch Waystation #13039
