Caught a glimpse of a hummer this morning, didn't see it again. Our last migrant dubbed Harvest came on Oct. 5th and left on the 10th. I had put out 3 very ripe bananas on my honeysuckle arbor near where she was perching. It didn't take long for the fruit flies to find the bananas and her to find them. It's was such a joy to watch her hawk them. Here's a pic of her the day she left. Gonna miss them. Fly safe little ones....Godspeed!
