I was so surprised to see a monarch in my yard at the lake today. It was feasting on a dandelion. I wasn't fast enough with my camera to get a photo. The Joe Pye Weed is still in bloom as well as the Sedum and there are a few remaining blossoms on the Mexican Sunflowers. Besides the dandelions, the grass is full of clover, too.
