I first saw the Monarchs in my backyard on Oct 3 and 4. I had been away for 2 weeks so I don't know if they were there before.
It was around 3 pm, the sun was bright and warm. The were attracted to the White Wood Aster (small white, daisy-like flowers).
The next day, Oct. 5 was overcast and the Monarchs were gone.
There were between 20 - 25 and I have more pictures but could get more than 4 in a picture. 🦋🦋
