A very hungry hummer (likely an immature male) stayed for at least 6 hours repeatedly drinking and resting and preening on a branch outside my window. The first feeding (that I observed at 9AM) was so long, I thought he might burst. I have not seen any since 10/6 but will keep the feeders up until at least 11/1.
