We observed our last migrant on October 10th. She was a nice weight when she left. What graceful, determined, joyful, feisty, iridescent, playful, high strung, thirsty, mysterious, fast flying ethereal creatures these hummers are. They invoke many emotions from us, such as, wonder, joy, concern, awe, happiness, peace, mirth and love. What a year it's been. Thank you for this wonderful site. Godspeed little ones until we meet again!
