Over the past 10 days (Oct. 8-18), I have seen 46 Monarchs, average about 5 a day now. I was seeing much more than that every day in August and September (average of about 10 a day). The ones showing up now are mostly nectaring and just flying around the garden. I did a 2 females lay eggs. I am still waiting for the peak migration to come to Houston, but just haven't seen it yet.
