Saw 3 monarchs flying low over and across roads on my way home today. It was 57°here in northern, nj, sunny and a bit breezy. They were all heading southeast at their various places, searching for nectar sources along the migration route. Not many nectar sources left unfortunately, as most of the wild asters and ragweed have now dried up. Very unusual to see any this time of year here. 3 is unbelievable!
