I did a stationary count starting at 11 AM at the beach at Harrisville State Park for a second straight day and observed only 7 monarchs in 6 hours as compared to 41 yesterday in 5 hours. I then added 2 monarchs in my flower garden at 5:20 PM. Weather was sunny, temperature 56F. at the start with 70F. as the high, and the wind S-13 mph gusting to 21 mph.
