Sighted one male monarch, positive ID by left wing damage it's the same one I reported on 10/19/17. Left wing damage now more extensive 40% or more upper left wing now missing, as well as significant area of lower left wing. Weather mostly cloudy and excessively windy, have had high wind warnings issued for past 36 hours. Temp appx 64 Deg.
