I have had a male and female that I raised for the last three weeks. Today I have 3 large monarchs that came at 8am this morning. My resident male is missing part of his wing. He stayed away for most of the morning. I suspect because of the new three visitors. 1 female and two males. The new monarchs are feeding heavily on my milkweed that is in bloom...also some red salvia. I have observed them resting on the fence. If these are migratory they look great. Big beautiful monarchs!
