I saw a monarch happily flying on some flowers in the field where I have been letting my monarchs go recently.
It was pretty close to Locust Valley Road, and I hope it didn't get hit.
It was flying around in the breezy wind and sun. This particular field field still has some flowers, even after the frost we had last week. The field gets a nice morning sun, and throughout the day too. 70 degrees.
