Sightings report image

Date: 10/28/2017

Number: 5

Released 5 this afternoon. They seem perfect. As I observed one female that had not flown up and away. As she was resting on a flower a male that has been fluttering in our garden for many days grabbed her and flew up into a cedar tree. I watched and dashed to get a camera and they sat on the cedar mateing. She had not yet had a chance to fly. It was near 2pm? Weather is nice in the 70's today but a cold front is expected tonight with some rain.. I hope they will be ok.
