2 large healthy monarchs emerged yesterday from their chrysalis. Those 2 are the last of a large group. So far this year, I have reared and released, 280 monarchs.
Looks like this year’s total will not reach the amazing record total that I had last year. Last year, I reared and successfully released 489 monarchs.
This year is my first year to tag monarchs!! I have tagged 20 so far.
Love these amazing, beautiful insects!!!
