We marveled at seeing a monarch flying southon October 28th, in New York’s Adirondack Mountains, the latest we had ever observed. While talking about it later in the afternoon another flew by headed south! We were again amazed! We wished them both a safe journey, a calm over winter and lots of healthy caterpillars in the Spring.
