My husband, coming home, scared one off around 5:30 p.m. I then was glued to the window which paid off. It came back around 6 p.m. and flew to the perch then nectared for about 10 min. Gartenmeister, Cuphea, Pineapple Sage, Shrimp Plant, Lantana and Black & Blue which are all in full bloom. My back is very protected and the temperature reached the high teens today here in Niagara. I lost sight since it was getting dark. Tried to take a photo, battery was down. I am still maintaining liquid feeders.
