Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 11/03/2017

Number: 1

Glad to hear there is sugar water in feeders in report photos. The hummingbirds that sit on feeders contemplating is a sight. We see it all the time here in winter.
At 6:45a.m. a hummingbird shot out of maple tree and its adjoining Holly tree both 20 feet high. This happens every fall/winter as in the past, and I never see it, sometimes 2 until next morning on exact timing. They dart past over head when I'm feeding our Koi in pond and go elsewhere for the rest of day.
If a Rufous, this is typical behavior.
There are 3 hummingbird moths on time also this year enjoying salvia Gurantica. That is not what I am seeing dart out. Hummingbird Moths are slower and smaller.
