Dr. Dennis F. (South Carolina Ebutterfly Reviewer) spent from 11:30 until 1PM at the Pitt St Causeway and saw Monarch 90+ monarchs. Most were heading N or NW (wind NW 5 mph). Spotted 1 with tag on left wing but could not get the number.
