The first graders at Cole School planted on November 17, 20 and 21st.
We planted tulips by digging in the ground. We put the bulb into the dirt. We made holes and measured 7" deep with a ruler. We dug with a partner. One of us dug, and the other put the bulb in. When we were digging we kept hitting rocks and roots. Some of us hit other bulbs planted by other kids. We all got a turn, and had fun.
