The chrysalis reported on the 5th of November 2017, just metamorphosed to a butterfly at around 2:20 PM on the 2nd December 2017.

Not tagged.

I think it is a male. He has a swollen pouch on the hind wings. And he is magnificent.

A lone Monarch is born!
