Beginning 17th of December I have now gathered 16 monarch caterpillars from our butterfly garden. Because of low temperatures I placed them on milkweed plant I brought from green house and have placed the plant in the garage so that I can keep close watch on them. Two have gone into crystalis stage and two are in J stage at this time.
