NY Rte 9 approx 1.5 miles north of entrance to Ausable Point Campground at 1145 am on 1/1/2018. One male perching in tree over lake. About 200 yds further south, another immature male in tree. Over the past 5-6 yrs, first sightings around here seem to be in the same area. Locals say there are at least 2-3 mating pairs living around here! Pics to follow
