Everyday for the last few days I’ve observed them feeding on the carcass of a deer hit on the road. I’ve known we’ve had a breeding pair for several years, but this has been spectacular. Each day there’s been different eagles, tonight when I drove by at dusk 8 were there feeding about 15 feet off the road. 5 adults and three juveniles. Stunning. All look healthy and thriving.
