After a few quiet days in my yard, (no birds at all on Tues. Jan. 30), yesterday (Wednesday, Jan 31) was quite active with two cardinals (m, f), one downy woodpecker, three mourning doves, two + chickadees, the usual dozen sparrows, the usual four squirrels and ONE ROBIN, (my first this winter) puffed out and perched on my apricot tree.
