Spring has not yet begun to arrive in Medicine Hat. With the wind chill, it was minus 27 degrees Celsius today. We still have a lot of snow on the ground, the most snow we've had in the past 5 winters. We're expecting more snow by the end of the week.Roads and paths are iced over, though the highways are clear.
