The Monarch I saw is injured. One wing is shriveled up and one antennae mostly gone. It was sitting on a low wall of the Museum Reach part of the San Antonio River Walk. I moved it to a more protected spot after I finished lunch and went back to work. The Monarch was still there when I returned at 5pm.
