The record early date for EASTERN BLUEBIRD in Presqu'ile Provincial Park south of Brighton, Ontaro, was established on February 18,
1993. On the same date in 2016 and again this year another of that species was recorded by birdwatcher Maureen Riggs. This most recent one was spotted in in a section of the park called the Calf Pasture, which indeed originally was part of a large dairy farm.
