One or possibly two Buff-bellied hummingbirds have over-wintered here in Fulton TX. Most of our hummingbird plants froze over the winter. A few are beginning to flower now but I haven't noticed them successfully nectaring recently. Before the freeze they were nectaring at the porter weed, shrimp plant, and varieties of salvia/sage.
