Singing very loud and long from the top of the tree!

March 6:
I haven't heard him since, but we did have a snow storm yesterday! I think he was just practicing, not claiming territory. When I was shoveling this morn there were a lot of them chattering. I put out meal worms(dried) but no takers yet.

Editor's note: We have moved this report to Robin (FIRST Seen) since the robin was "tuning up" as hormone level rise rather than proclaiming territory which is meant to drive off other robins and a prelude to nesting.
