Not very spring-like
Well winter is now really here in JNU, but it’s been up and down with temps & snow. I think aberrant weather is the new normal. Of course our glaciers are receding and shrinking so that’s very sad and disturbing. Here's a photo of The Herbert. About 20 mi up the road from JNU and then a 4.5 mi hike or ski.
Our ski area could not open most of the mountain until 2 weeks ago did we did not have enough snow. March is often our snowiest month so we hope so!
