This was the second monarch within three days. However, it wasn't the same one as it's wings weren't tattered like the previous one. I couldn't tell its gender since it never landed. I don't have any flowers blooming or milkweed yet. The weather was in the sixties and a bit breezy and overcast. It moved on after a short time.
