Single first of season flying about 10 feet off the ground thru and above the branches of an oak tree that was just budding out. The flight was more the "flappy wing style" rather than the graceful delta wing tippy side-to-side glide style: I could see a separation between the front and back wings as it flapped.

Flight direction ENE.

To breif and too far away to differentiate sex or condition.
