Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 03/19/2018

Number: 1

No pic unfortunately, O was driving and barely saw what I’m almost positive was my first monarch this year as it sailed past the right front side. Cannot be 100% sure, but I’ve only seen black swallowtails so far this year that are anywhere near this size and they’re not orange/black like I glimpsed. Plus, a couple were spotted/laying eggs in the Austin area, miles E of here, so that reinforces my thought that I AM NOT imagining a monarch in this part of TX mid-March.
And, I saw the early antelope horns on Sunday, so....bring them on!!!
