I was headed into Prairie View Park last night for a walk. I had noticed a person stopped in a vehicle ahead of me and out of his car with his arms in the air. I noticed a bird circling around him. I pulled into the park and stopped to get out, when the bird decided to come my way and perch right above where I was stopped. I took several pictures, but I am technically challenged!
