Approximately 5:30pm at the Mast Law Firm Attorney Ron Trimyer spotted a Bald Eagle leaving a Tree from the woods behind his Garner / Clayton office in the Clevland area 40/42 headed in the direction of the CVS (for those familiar with the location)

Very large bird, not a hawk, brown with White head; I estimate at least 5.5 feet wing span.
