Around 6:30 am, I heard my first robin!!! [We do have a few that overwinter, and one person from a photo site in my area posted one in the snow a couple months ago. :-) ]
Somewhere between 3/16-18/18, a wave of robins flew overhead as I was walking my dog around the yard in snow around 7am.
First robin I saw up close on the ground was on 3/18 around noonish. It was under one of our suet feeders where the snow had begun to melt near where I had also placed shelled and unshelled sunflower seeds.
On 3/12, I first heard a robin singing a territorial song. :-)
