The past two days we have found many monarchs at Guadalupe River State Park and Honey Creek State Natural Area. Yesterday they were near Honey Creek in numbers, feeding on False Gromwell (Onosmodium molle v. bejariense). Today they were around the park in many locations; also found many eggs on Antelope Horns including 3 eggs on one plant. This photo is from a monarch feeding on Texas Persimmon (Diospyros texana) flowers.
