Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 04/01/2018

Two adults emerged from their cocoons this morning. There are still 13 larva eating on the milkweed plants in the backyard. Some are newly hatched. Others are about ready to find a place for a cocoon. Cocoons are showing up everywhere in the backyard. There are even two on the tines of an upturned leaf rake that is leaning against a wall. Several are underneath the rungs of a ladder, on flower pots, under the eaves of the house, under the electrical box, etc.
