We are on spring break and haven’t monitored tulips daily. This picture was taken April 3, 2018. The foliage is still red, which means the tulip hasn’t been emerged for long. The red changes to green in a day or so. The temperatures have been unseasonably cold all spring. April 2 had temperatures in the mid-40’s F, so that is the most probable emergence date.
