I also put this on my facebook which is good because I had to go back and check the date that way. We normally have Robins in our back yard, however the small stand of trees behind us was leveled for apartments. On March 28 there was a large Robin perched high up in our Oak tree. I watched the Robin for a good 3 minutes from inside. Then she left the tree and went to check out the space under our garden shed. She was pecking at the grass and ground that was bear there. I have not seen a Robin again since then. We live next to the St. John River she likely went where there was some tree cover to nest. Poor thing. We still have too much snow. And this was a week ago that I saw her.
