Robin (OTHER Observations)

Date: 04/04/2018

Number: 1

This spring has been very hard on the Robins and other song birds here in Minnesota, we just received another 7.5 inches of snow here in Rochester. My bird feeder is crowded with black birds and red wind black birds, I almost never get red winged black birds at my feeder. In the night the deer move in and empty the feeder so I have to fill it again every morning. We're looking at record low temperatures this week, it got down to 6 F Wednesday morning. More snow is forecast for Sunday, purchased some dried packaged meal worms and I am going to put them out, I don't know if Robins will eat them but will try.
