Saw my first female and she laid eggs in my milkweek garden on Sunday, April 1st. Caterpillars have hatched and are munching nicely. Saw my second lone female Friday, April 6th. She deposited several eggs and was struggling to get around. She was a much larger female than I have seen in this area. Will have more hatchlings in a couple of days.
