Signs of Spring

Date: 04/01/2018

Number: 1

I sighted a queen. She stayed in our yard all day. She kept landing on the Asclepias. I took photos and sent to a science teacher who has raised them with her students. She confirmed it was a queen.
I found the eggs the next day. I haven't counted them yet but at least a dozen.
