This is a follow-up photo to my 4/12/2018 Monarch Larva Sighted report. This is one of the 5th instar monarch caterpillars that I saw today ~ munching contentedly on a milkweed leaf. (He may be a bit bothered because I am shading him so I can get a photo ~ he is not saying cheese!)
