21 eggs were originally counted on 2 milkweed plants. Two very cold spells over 6 days and I counted only 6 eggs, and 2 days later, none. However, I begin to see larvae - 1st just one and now, at least 8. I suspect there are some I cannot see. Will cover the in-ground plants with butterfly cages that are held in place with U brackets and keep a close watch over them.
